Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

6 Oct

This dip might put me into rehab. It is so addicting. I couldn’t get a grip. I kept telling myself I needed to stop, but apparently my hand and mouth had a different plan.

I. Just.Could. Not. Stop.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Graham cracker sticks or teddy grahams

In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugars and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with graham cracker sticks or teddy grahams.

Yummy! Also great stuffed inside strawberries. (I left out the choc chips and added them ontop of the strawberries as garnish, as well as ghrahm cracked crumbles.) HUGE hit! 🙂

That looks WAY too easy to make. I guess I should just get the stretchy pants out and deal with the fact I’m probably going to gain 10 pounds this weekend.

Try this with toffee bits instead of the chocolate chips, and with apple slices. So good!

  48. Michelle December 19, 2011 at 8:08 pm #

I made this dip… super yummy!!!

It also tastes wonderful as an indulgent topping on a plain bagel!

Actually, my family cut up bagel pieces and used this for the dip instead; we found the cookies to be too sweet, but the plain bagels were just right!
